Product obtained through the rehydration and scalding of dehydrated beans with added water and salt; preserved in a can. Product stabilised by a sterilisation process.
The product can be used as it is or as a base for preparing soups, stews, salads and many other dishes, flavoured to taste.
Store at room temperature in a dry place. Once opened, if not used completely, transfer to a food container and refrigerate at +3/4 °C. Consume within 3 days.
